When booking your meeting we will require a written letter or fax confirming the date, the number of delegates and the details for your forth coming meeting. Credit card details will be required to confirm your booking (No money will be taken from the card it is a guarantee only).
Final numbers and catering requirements should be confirmed 72 hours prior to the meeting. This will be the minimum number charged. To avoid offending your delegates, please check how many vegetarians are in your party.

Your account must be settled on departure.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your meeting, please let us know as soon as possible. You will incur no charges if you give us 72 hours notice. In the event of you cancelling after this, you will be charged for the room only.

Behaviour

Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated by Days Hotel.
Management reserve the right to close down proceedings at any time if it is evident that guest or staff safety is in doubt.

Liability

The Days Hotel accepts no liability for accident, injury or loss caused to guests or their property whilst in the hotel.
The Days Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking without liability on its part.
